Aurora Aksnes is a Norwegian singer and songwriter from Norway. She was born in Stavanger on June 15th, 1996. Her professional name is Aurora. Her name can also be stylized in the form of AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15th, 2015 receiving rave reviews from bloggers and music critics as well as from the media. She has previously recorded two highly-profile cover songs Half the World Away by the band Oasis for a Christmas advertisement by John Lewis and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole.
